1 Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the vib taka platform and its users. By using our services through the vib taka website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. You are requested to read the complete document before using the service.

3 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. The following guidelines must be followed:

Password and Login Security

• The account password must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately via live chat.
• vib taka will not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of an account by a third party.

Updating Account Information

If you need to change your registered mobile number, email, or name, please contact the support team. It is each member's responsibility to keep accurate and up-to-date information in their account at all times.

Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use an account is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vib taka are processed through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services.

Deposit Terms

• Only deposits made from a mobile wallet registered in the member's own name are accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Relevant funds cannot be withdrawn until any active bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, vib taka may temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

vib taka offers bonus offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the account total to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

Weekly and Special Bonuses

• Weekly vib taka Festival: 50% of weekly deposit, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳100.
• Weekend Taka Dhamaka: 30% of deposit on Saturday and Sunday, up to ৳3,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳100.
• Cricket Josh Bonus: 40% of deposit before betting on cricket events, up to ৳4,000, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳100.
• Birthday vib taka Gift: Once per year on your birthday, up to ৳1,000, 10x wagering — provided account verification is complete.
• Refer a Friend, Earn Taka: For each successful referral, up to ৳2,000, 12x wagering — when the referred friend completes their first deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address, or device.
• Bonus funds are never directly "free" — the wagering requirement for each bonus must be met.
• vib taka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus and account may be suspended.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

vib taka offers sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services. All betting and gaming activities are governed by the following rules:

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, vib taka reserves the right to void that bet.
• Settlement of a bet will occur only after the result of the relevant event is confirmed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

Game Results

The outcome of all slots and casino games is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated in the game description. RTP is a long-term statistical probability — it is not a guarantee of winning any specific game.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension or Closure

vib taka may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process or submission of incorrect documents.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• As required to comply with legal obligations or regulatory instructions.

Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they may notify the support team via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• Ongoing bets or transactions made under the previous terms will be settled according to those previous terms.
